Today I tested my limits, pushed them, and then blew them away and went far beyond them. I woke up this morning kinda early, and decided instead of being the lazy ass I have been, that I would do something with my day, and did. I got up, put on comfortable clothing, and went for a bike ride. I rode four miles!!! I feel so much better, I felt like crap/jelly at the time, but now I feel awesome, and want more. Guys, this approach may not work for everyone, but... try it. Just once... go out, and do something for yourself!!!
Jump on a bike, and go to a local park, or nowhere!! Just get out there, trust me at first I didnt want to either, but Im so glad I did, and you may feel the same. You wont know though, until you try. More in my journal.

Last time I rode a bike my fat ass popped a tire and I had to walk home that was after hurricane Irene I think it was. It will be like four years ago this september. So I stay off the bike but when its not so humid I take the baby out for a walk in his stroller. Cant take him out in the humidity sets off his asthma. I hate having to chase a weezing twenty two month old around with the nebulizer.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
