Depression Support Group
Depression is a real and debilitating condition that is often misunderstood by family and friends. Its meaning can range from a prolonged period of sadness to an actual mental illness with specific symptoms. Find and share experiences with others who are going through the same struggles.
I was learning to drive but I don't think I'll bother now. It irks me to know that I could obey all the rules of the road and still get hit by some nunk who doesn't. Not cool at all.
driving is a ballache, but a necessary evil for me :(
Hope you and your Nan feel better soon.
I am trying not to think about it too much. I reckon I'm going to be stiff in the morning.
I'm not going to make any concrete decisions on driving. I was only a passenger in this accident and nothing my Nan could have done would have made a difference to the outcome.
My sister made me laugh by pointing out we had an accident that wasn't our fault...
Made me chuckle.
Obeylix, unless I miss my mark, I think that statistically you are safer now that you have this car accident out of the way. That is the odds of your being in another are lower now, so maybe that knowledge will help you get back behind the wheel? I don't know. I respect your decision either way.
Just so glad you and your Nan aren't hurt!
And it's not just the crazy folks on the road who worry me. It's the thoughtless ones who TEXT WHILE DRIVING. How incredibly selfish.
Aw heart-warming, vm :D
