Lately I have been in terrible physical health which is unbearable. It seems to be bringing back my panic disorder which I THOUGHT I was over with. I also can't afford much health care as I have no insurance and both my hubby and I are out of work (his company went out of business 2 months ago). I have been nauseous and jittery now for 5 days and just got over food poisoning just 2 weeks ago. I have spinal stenosis which is causing a lot of pain and dizziness. Also, I have 2 teeth that need to be extracted.

I just told my husband that I am suicidal once again. I HATE putting him through this, but I have to be honest. The only thing that prevents me from doing it is the fear of more pain.

I'm really glad that you were able to be honest with your husband. It's too much to have to suffer alone and it would make your depression even worse. Is there anyway you could go to a clinic that has like a sliding fee scale, there are some where i live where the fees go down to like 5$. Panic disorder is a very difficult disorder to have, but mine has been controlled with meds and therapy.

Also same thing with your teeth, maybe a low fee clinic somehwere? I've also had work done at the dental school here some years back, it was cheap and they did a good job.
