Depression Support Group
Depression is a real and debilitating condition that is often misunderstood by family and friends. Its meaning can range from a prolonged period of sadness to an actual mental illness with specific symptoms. Find and share experiences with others who are going through the same struggles.
Everywhere I look, people are out of work, losing their health insurance, homes, everything.
I understand. I really, really do.
What I keep telling myself is, IT COULD BE WORSE.
And then I count off all the things that I have...
My daughter is healthy and happy, my older daughter is clean and sober, my dog Coco is my salvation, my best friend, my other friends, etc.
So, try to think of all the blessings in your life, rather then the struggles.
It works for me anyway.

We've only just BE GUN, TO LIVE..... (sappy, I know)
But, I know some very well-off people who have nothing.
Love is all that matters.
You can't write what your premium's were on your tombstone. That's all I'm saying.
When i'm down, sometimes I focus on what I would want my obituary to say. It sounds morbid, but it's not.
