Depression Support Group
Depression is a real and debilitating condition that is often misunderstood by family and friends. Its meaning can range from a prolonged period of sadness to an actual mental illness with specific symptoms. Find and share experiences with others who are going through the same struggles.

Then I would seriously see a doctor anyway....
Personally I don't think it's anything too catastrophic.
I mean, yes, they're placing the emphasis on mental health, but look at all the other "conclusive studies" that have been proven wrong regarding physical health. I mean, nuts eggs used to be the enemy, because of cholesterol. Now they're on every healthy foods list!
Science is always evolving, and always will be. We can only be our own advocates, try what we can, and see what happens.
Incidentally, I do NOT believe that marijuana makes mental illness worse. Honestly, I think almost every single 'study' showing the negative effects has been paid for or somehow influenced by Big Pharma, because that plant has so many inexpensive medical benefits it's ridiculous. Yeah there are side effects for some people and at certain doses, but I think with teh push to legalize, we're gonna see legitimate studies done (finally!) on how beneficial it really can be.
