Depression Support Group
Depression is a real and debilitating condition that is often misunderstood by family and friends. Its meaning can range from a prolonged period of sadness to an actual mental illness with specific symptoms. Find and share experiences with others who are going through the same struggles.
OK, I wrote this a few weeks back.
Now Ive got a bit of positive thinking in me, i.e. actually agreeing to go see a doctor :P.
Someone here read this and said it was good and that I should post it.

Darkness
Tell me,
is it wrong to see darkness everywhere?
To see few patches of light in the darkness of your life?
Unreachable patches, unattainable patches.
Places you want to be,
People you want to be with,
Feelings you want to feel,
Things you want to do.
You step from the darkness into the light,
You reach for the light
And realise you don't belong,
You begin to feel doubt
The light is too bright
The Darkness beckons
You want to stay,
Voices drive you back,
You retreat to your darkness
With another failed attempt the light moves further away,
Won't be long till you can never reach for the light,
You glimpse a new light, brighter then the rest,
Hope returns,
There is always Hope
Short lived, yet Hope none the less.
You reach for this light, it retreats
You know it will return
There is Darkness inside the light,
You realise there can be no shadows without light,
The light needs you to exist
If they co exist, then you can change,
you can move from the darkness to the light
and this time stay,
You can do it.
So, tell me.

Got a pub quiz on Monday between drinks ill scribble on a beer mat. Hehe.
For your personal amusement...
"Chipmunks run all over the ground gathering food to store
And then they settle down in their nests for a long winters snore
Winter comes and winter goes and soon spring is here
And then they wake up out of their nests to begin a new year."
I also remember the list of 32 prepositions they made us memorize for some odd reason.
I will call one Alvin anyways :P.
It was sitting in my journal buried under dust :).
Feel pretty good about it now. :D
