Depression Support Group
Depression is a real and debilitating condition that is often misunderstood by family and friends. Its meaning can range from a prolonged period of sadness to an actual mental illness with specific symptoms. Find and share experiences with others who are going through the same struggles.
We all are in pain here for what ever reason. We all suffer equally in our lives...so I propose we take a minute to think of one or two special people in our lives that have made a difference - given us that hug or made us smile or even made us forget if only for a second. A note posted here or maybe a song. It doesn't have to be about anyone on DS... it could be a brother or sister or mother?? Whoever it is !

I have too many people on DS to thank to name names, I wouldn't want to leave anyone out. I have received so much support here and am so grateful. I have a wonderful family who support and love me .

My parents. They're my depth, my core, my reason for being here, my ancestral heritage.
