Depression Support Group
Depression is a real and debilitating condition that is often misunderstood by family and friends. Its meaning can range from a prolonged period of sadness to an actual mental illness with specific symptoms. Find and share experiences with others who are going through the same struggles.

So tell us, what's going on?
Secondly, you have to stop judging yourself based on what others are doing or saying to you and around you. The ability to do this will come with time and age and life experience. None of us can do everything. The beauty of life is that we are all different and have different skills, abilities, and gifts. If something doesn't come natural to you, then move on to something else until you find out what does.
Thirdly, don't be afraid to "fail". Every single person on this planet has attempted to do something and has failed at doing it - not once or twice but continuously. That is what life is. Use your "failures" as a learning tool to improve yourself. Life is a journey. There are peaks and valleys; ups and downs; failures and successes. The sooner you understand what that means, the better your life will be.
Keep your head up and keep moving forward. You will be just fine.
Yes, you're insignificant. you're an ant crawling the face of the earth.
So there's not a lot of pressure really. What do you like doing? Why not do that?
