I always say religion's a fine thing...taken in moderation.

If God is pushing me to my limits, he certainly is pushing my threshold of anger when it comes to dealing with mean, selfish, nasty people in my job.

@ Koolman: Hate that you are having to deal with mean, selfish, nasty people at your workplace. This seems to be prevalent right now, more than it ever has been. I seriously doubt that God has anything to do with their behavior towards you. The human race, as a whole, just keeps going further "down the tube". However, I feel so grateful for those genuine, kind souls that God puts in my path to take away some of the "abrasiveness" that these "people" you describe, do to me when I encounter them. Ugh. I think there must be an epidemic and "outbreak" of these nasties. I keep wondering to myself where have they come from?

SunnyBunn, I am so sorry to hear you are hurting so much. I would imagine in body and soul. Sometimes it is other people God uses to help us. Sometimes it is just crying out to him and letting him know how you feel.

I love your message, Tabby, but I do recognize that their are times when it seems God doesn't get it. I've been really hit hard by RA flares and my old whiplash today. But I'm not letting it sever my relationship with the One I know who loves me and will never leave me or forsake me. I'm just going to blame living in this fallen world, not God.
