Sometimes, it may be better to show certain people you love them than to tell them. I think a LOT of people may misinterpret what is meant when someone tells them they love them.

ok if i put it this way if 2 people who had bad relationships previously get 2gether an tell each other about previous reation ship one was loveless and the person used her ex an the other proposed 2 his ex then was dumped monthes later.9 she did say yes).

I do not think I am qualified to advise you on this except to say if you have doubts about telling him now, perhaps you should wait a while longer.

the question is will i ever not have doubts. i worry 2 much. an i no ur not qualified i jst like peoples advice 2 combine with mine and come 2 a sutible conclusion. but it looks like this is on i hve 2 figure out myself. dam my self esteem issues.

We all have self esteem issues of some kind to contend with and we all at some point or another have been hurt in a previous relationship which makes us over think and be leary of the next relationship we are in. Im no professional by all means..but I am kind of a professional when it comes to meeting all the wrong guys and then stumbling upon Mr. Right. Both of us met within the week of me ending my terrible relationship and him being left by his wife. We bounced the relationships we were in off on each other and then eventually we just enjoyed ourselves together and the talk was less and less about THEM but more on US. I waited to tell him how I felt. I didnt want to scare him off, worried about rejection or his feelings not being the same as mine. The list is endless as to why I didnt want to say those words...but they were my own issues. I always told myself that I would never say I love you to anyone unless I was absolutely sure and I wouldnt give that part of myself to anyone again. Why put myself out on a limb when they can do it.lol.

As WV said...you can show a person you love them without the words being said. Just live each day and enjoy the times you spend with each other. Simple things can often speak volumes to a person to let them know you care about them. When the time is right..you will know it. You wont have to ask cyber buds if you should say it..it will just come naturally. I let my bf be the first to say it. I then told him that I felt that way also. We are now married...have 2 children with each other and 2 others from our terrible relationships we discussed with each other. It has been almost 16 years now for us. You will just know when its right.
