Depression Support Group
Depression is a real and debilitating condition that is often misunderstood by family and friends. Its meaning can range from a prolonged period of sadness to an actual mental illness with specific symptoms. Find and share experiences with others who are going through the same struggles.
i was under depression and controlled by my parents due to my sexual orientation. I met this guy during my last two years in college. He was also under depression but much major and taking medication and anti social. 2 months into our relationship he no longer takes those prescription drugs and became happier with me. His relationship with his mother became better. His college grades gone very well.
We we both continued strong with the distance relationship for two years. Now that we moving to different college again but same distance (2 hours away) he got over excited with his new life style and new college life. He broke up with me last week because he doesn't want to prioritise and also I caught him cheating on me with 25 different men but forgave him just before he broke up with me. I stopped eating for few days and became depressed and still am. My parents doesn't know I have a boyfriend because they are against homosexuality so I kept my feelings to myself so far. I can't talk to anyone and have to act normal while he will be enjoying his new college that all his family members claim that if it wasn't for me he wouldn't be this different and successful. I'm confused as to rather wanting him back or moving on

Can you identify these rom-coms from just a screenshot from the middle of the films? This is a multiple choice quiz so even if you're not entirely sure you can always take a guess and at least have a 25% chance of getting it right anyway, so why not have a go?! https://www.buzzfeed.com/alysaurus688/rom-com-screenshot-trivia-quiz

I believe that there is a support group here for LGBT issues, and they may have more experience to draw upon.
Wish I had more to offer.
cheating is something that people bang on about and hold up as the highest crime in town but unfortunately it's not. unfortunately: it's mammalian behaviour. We're a species of great ape. And some people have furious sex drives, and some people have emotional insecurities, and all this mess gets thrown in a pot together and then we try to strain it out through our calvinist filter and there are lumps. Well, reality doesn't really let itself be put in a box.
It hurts to have your heart broken. I don't think there's anything quite like it. But what hurts most is thinking you had something you didn't have. You thought things were like this, and they turned out to be like that. Well of course you would've been fine but they strung you along... they fooled you... you believed them.... how can you believe anyone ever again?
Well you can. And you will. And you'll get better at it. and your friend will sow his wild oats, and yes, you have achieved a wonderful creation and when he's got over his hump he will realise what he has done. Time will do that to him, but it may not do it for 20 yrs.
So you just lick your wounds, tell the family you had a girlfriend who jilted you, build your heart back up again, and go on with your life and hopes and dreams. Who knows, there might be some dishy guy just down the hall from you. YOU don't have to sit on a shelf over this boyfriend of yours. If he wants you back he'd better come crawling, and you don't have to be too available. So just do you.
xx
I am so sorry he broke your heart, but now you can see bullshit from the firt " hello".
