Depression is a real and debilitating condition that is often misunderstood by family and friends. Its meaning can range from a prolonged period of sadness to an actual mental illness with specific symptoms. Find and share experiences with others who are going through the same struggles.

However...she doesn't think she's pretty. She gives off a "leave me alone" vibe or "I'm not friendly" vibe. She doesn't smile or even just grin at strangers...even if they are being nice? It's just a deer in headlights gaze and short replies if asked questions. Her body language is not very open...doesn't seem very relaxed and is always looking tense...and wary of people. So my question to you is...does any of this resonate with you?
She asked me how she could improve with her first impressions and appear more friendly...so we talked about it. She did some mirror work...looking at herself and trying to "grin" ...not a full face all teeth show...and worked on looking more engaged with her eyes...she has big beautiful eyes...which make it worst when you look fearful of others...but awesome when you are engaged with others.
If you take any pic and just add a grin, a little smile...people automatically find you more attractive...it's the approachability factor. Is this person going to receptive to me communicating with them.
As for just plain looks...I think you are very attractive. There is a Fibonacci ratio of facial structure. Your is close to an ideal structure. You have nice hair, well kept facial hair, and great skin. You also have nice eyes.
But you have to think what is my exspression? Genetics is probably 60% in attractiveness equation...but 40% I would say has to do with our exspression, friendliness, approachability?
I hope this helps a bit.
Sending you light and love.
But i prefer hang out in a group setting till i can get to know someone better then i can tell what their personality is like before committing to dating.
Another thing to consider is you might be wearing that angry face to keep people away so you can think you are ugly. But that is hiding the real reason, like maybe you are afraid they will reject you as a person. I'm not a psych doctor but I think this is worthy of some self reflection. 90% of what we communicate is non-verbal; as in tone of voice, facial expressions, body position, etc. Its impossible to keep track of all the cues you send. You need to work on being happy and content if you want to send the impression that you are happy and content. I know; its a nasty Catch 22.
