I just cut myself quite badly. So much for going a year without cutting. I guess one slip up isn't too bad. I have been having a really hard time lately. I have slipped into a deep, angry, fitful depression. I can't live like this anymore.

Please get help. I promise you that no matter how bad things seem, they'll get better, whether on their own, or with a little effort on your part, but you always have support and friends here.

Sorry Deejs to respond so late. If by "okay" you mean have I done anything worse to myself...then yes I am okay. I still feel horrible but I am hanging on

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper?
