Depression Support Group
Depression is a real and debilitating condition that is often misunderstood by family and friends. Its meaning can range from a prolonged period of sadness to an actual mental illness with specific symptoms. Find and share experiences with others who are going through the same struggles.
Sometimes we may confuse acquaintances to be bosom friends, especially when we are lonely and like to share our inner thoughts with people we have elevated them to be in our inner circle. People will leave the "friendship" if they find you have exert too much reliance on them, as the responsibility of carrying someone's psychological burden on their shoulders are too much for them to bear, especially when they perceive you as a mere acquaintance,
Can you talk to your siblings? Just a simple phone call to your siblings may improve your mood. Or talk to your local pastor/priest. Join a church group, do some volunteer work. Don't take the troubles at work home; it's not worth it. Be happy, be grateful with what you have, and strive to achieve/acquire what you want to be/to have. Anything but beating yourself up.
