I feel so alone and lonely. I am in so much pain and so weak and tired. I feel I have no strength to do anything. All I want to do is sleep. My anxiety is unbearable. My family doesnt seem to understand how I am feeling or the fact that I now have fibromyalgia and the tiredness and weakness that comes with it. I am terrified for the future because I dont know how I ever will feel better. I dont really have anyone to talk to which makes it more lonely.

I am home from the hospital and not doing well at all. I should have stayed longer but family pressure forced me to come home before I was ready.
I truly feel hopeless about my life and future.

I'm struggling with family issues along with depression, extremely high anxiety and a lot stress, especially regards the huge cut back in income that is coming this month.

They increased my new med so quickly......6 weeks worth in 3 days that it is leaving me feel like a zombie....another reason I should have stayed.

Just not coping at all.

It sounds like you are doing it really tough. Its a shame your family are not being supportive and you have nobody who understands and nobody to talk to. It sounds like you do need to sleep a lot if you are a zombie on your new meds. I know the blessed relief of sleep when you feel so awful. Anxiety is the worst, give me depression any day. Hugs.

When my mom found out about my fibromyalgia diagnoses she actually made a couple of jokes about it when i said how tired I am. I have stopped contact with other family members who have made rude comments to my kids about me. It is getting close to the time to eliminate my mom too.
My kids want to understand but don't when I need to rest. Now with this huge increase on the new med I'm all that much worse. I just feel so sad and am crying all the time.

hi, i know it is hard to cope. wise to stop contact with others who are not supportive of you. sleep if you have to. i hope the money issues work out for you. your kids won't understand fullybcz they are still in thier late teens, but i know that they love you very much. i wish you all the best my dear friend.
