Yesterday, I started having panic attacks again. Whenever I think I am over panic disorder it decides to hit me with a ton of bricks. I am a bit on the ill side, so i'm hoping the anxiety is a result of this stupid stomach bug I have and will pass along with the bug.

Yes sometimes being physically ill can trigger a panic attack so try not to overthink it.I found that my panic attacks ran in a cycle and once I had been on meds. for awhile and modified my diet they gradually lessened to nothing. My psychiatrist specifically warned me about the sugar in Orange juice ,having that in the morning set me up for even more anxiety during the day.Are you watching your sugar and caffeine? If you have allready experienced a panic attack free interlude you are well on your way to being rid of them just keep working on it you will get there!

Thanks for the words of encouragement. I have always wondered if others with panic disorder have attacks when ill. I know I am oversensitised to anything my body feels, so that is probably it. I'm experiencing less anxiety, but i'm still a bit on the sick side. I'll remember to take in a lot of fluids. I normally stay away from caffeine and sugar, but lately I have been drinking frozen wine coolers which I noticed have a LOT of sugar in them. Wondering if part of the connection may be with the wine coolers.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
