if you have new internet explorer its not there get firefox or google chrome, with firefox mine goes online and offline alot, but with google chrome it alwas works

It does not work with INTERNET EXPLORER 9 (or probably 10 either) browser.

It also requires FLASH PLAYER to be enabled in your browser. Best to use the latest version of Flash Player. Google 'flash player firefox' (replace firefox with your browser brand) to find out how to obtain/enable Flash Player for your particular browser.

It also requires JAVA SCRIPT to be ENABLED in your browser.

Of course, it (chat bar) has to be 'turned on' in your DS ACCOUNT settings page.
