I have these neighbors from hell. they keep falsely accusing us of everything from a to z. they planted BAMBOO directly next to our chain link fence and its growing into the links so we spray it. Now they have a neighbor who lives 300 feet away who is lying and saying he watches us in our yard luring their dogs onto our property. he says he has seen my 230 lb hubby standing on a little plastic chair and cutting their bushes across our and their fence at the top of their privacy fence. then they accused me of cutting their bushes that are lying across our fence . i explained i wanted to paint our chain link fence and suggested they tie the bushes back. all she did was sit on her front porch and watch me work in my yard.
when we took them to court for their tresspassing dogs digging holes under our fence, the judge said it was ok with him if their dogs dug under our fence. but its not ok with us. i am going to take them to court everytime their dogs dig under my fence BECAUSE THE HOLES THE DOGS LEAVE ARE DESTROYING OUR BOUNDARY LINE AND OUR DOGS WILL EVENTUALLY LEAVE OUR YARD!Trucks go back and forth down the road in front of our house and we don't want our puppies to get hit. We can't afford pouring cement down. And we shouldn't. Their female dogs aren't fixed and they were attempting to lure our dogs out of the yard. I told the police department I'm going to the county council if the judge does that again. We took them to court once already. When I walked in the public road in front of my house, their dogs aggrivated me all the time and they sat on the front porch and laughed about it. Once one of their dogs tried to attack my precious and threatened to go thru me first.
They've got neighbors "WATCHING" us on bicycles going by. The guy 300 feet away has falsely accused my hubby of peering thru their privacy fence next door at the kids and the neighbor 300 feet away has has a privacy fence 150 feet long and 6 feet high himself. Hubby's a long haul trucker and i'm here alone.
I'M NOT MOVING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
stand up for yourself, dont let them get away with this!!! so sorry that your going through this....it must be awful!!!

It could be worse. We had neighbors who had 2 lil kids coming to our house cuz they were hungry. I would give them a couple burritos & send them on home. Their dog attacked & killed my bunny who was in a cage. They were cooking drugs in the house.
Thank God they moved.
If u can, get a outside video cam. Get things documented.

Don't know where in SC you live but where I live their is a leash law you can not let your animals roam free hon you need to check the laws in your county.

I already did. its about who you are, not what laws the dogs are breaking. political.
the judge said they have a fence therefore the dogs can roam anywhere they want. that includes my completely fenced-in yard. does that make sense? the only cat owner in the area that had a rabies tag on it was me. i sure don't think my cat should have been in her yard but everybodies cats run around. i started catching cats and dogs after that and turning them in to animal control. if my two cats can't live on my property, other cats and dogs can't live here either. dogs were running in packs up and down the streets. i wrote letters to the newspapers after i turned my cat over and complained about dogs roaming the streets. they don't roam around much anymore. my dogs always stayed home. the neighbors complain about my barking dogs and i quite frankly don't care. let the dogs bark and they will tell me when someone is by the fence. good watch dogs.

The judge is a jerk too. corrupt. he interprets the law incorrectly purposely. when i asked for a copy of the hearing, he said he doesn't keep copies. the one dog i turned them over for was over again and he said he didn't remember the dog. no wonder.
