Depression Support Group

just start out small... baby steps... good luck
If your thinking is the problem why not try some Cognitive Behavioral Therapy? Albert Ellis' book "A Guide to Rational Living" is a good read.

I am also taking a lot of supplements and I notice a huge change. I am taking SAMe, fish oil, vitamin D, and B vitamins.
I am meditating a lot and using positive mantras to drown out negative thoughts when they come up, which also seems to be helping a lot.
Good luck in finding what works for you!
I agree with the advice already given......I care about you, friend. I have faith that you will find what works for you.
((((((((((( love and many hugs ))))))))))))))
The world always looks better after a good sweat. OR I could simply care less about the world, because I'M feeling so serene and at peace.
I agree with the exercise thing, but only to a point. You do have to balance being gentle with yourself and not stressing your body out on top of your brain/endocrine system. Exercise to the point of feeling better, not because you expect you'll be on the cover of Sports Illustrated by this weekend. ;)
