Depression Support Group
Depression is a real and debilitating condition that is often misunderstood by family and friends. Its meaning can range from a prolonged period of sadness to an actual mental illness with specific symptoms. Find and share experiences with others who are going through the same struggles.
I know it's probably harder without sleeping aids to go to sleep though.
I guess what I am wondering is how do you get things done at work? What steps do you go through in your mind that allow you to get from point A to point B? And can you apply that to what you are doing at home? Or does the depression ge worse at home making it harder to get things done?
I agree with SweetPetite about taking it slow. And I would also add to reward yourself often. If you're not successful on the first day try again the next day. Be patient with yourself. Show yourself the same love and care that you would show to anyone struggling with a severe and debilitating illness.
Blessings to you and let us know how it goes.
