I am feeling so depressed lately that i don't even want to be here anymore. I love my three kids so much but with how i have been feeling i know it's not been good for them either. I feel so lost right now that i can't tell if i am coming or going anymore. Not getting any sleep at night. On new meds. Me and my fianc broke up a month ago after over 5 years together. I don't know what to do anymore. I need help and don't know what to do. I cry all the time and i don't want to be in this world anymore. Help!!!!!!!

I go to therapy every two weeks but Monday i all going to call the office Monday to see about going every week. I just don't know what to do anymore. I feel like i can do nothing right anymore. I am still getting into fights with my ex over dumb things sometimes. I snapped on my new boyfriend which i didn't mean to do. Ours like nothing is going right right now, no matter how i try. I just gel like i shouldn't be here at times. I hate my self all the time. My three kids are the only reason i get out of bed and even then it's hard.

I'm glad you are going to try and get to therapy at least once a week. As far as nothing going right, I think you are still grieving over the break up of you and your boyfriend and that can take time. It doesn't matter who broke up with who, it is still hard. Not getting any sleep can really wreak havoc on our brains and turn everything positive into a negative. I hear you crying out for help. Please do everything you can to assure your safety and your children's. What I mean by that is to see your therapist as often as you can, and in between, talk to people on the hotlines. You will also find so many people here on DS that will want to help you through this hard time you are going through and support you. Children are resilient and as soon as you are able to get your head back on straight and start feeling better about life, they will feel that too. Those kids love you as much as you love them. That's good that you're going to start going to therapy once a week, maybe that'll help. I agree with GB, about grieving over the break up with your ex. Sleep is important, so is eating. I notice that if I don't do either or enough of those things, it just makes everything worse. I really hope that going to therapy helps you. {Hugs}
