Depression is a real and debilitating condition that is often misunderstood by family and friends. Its meaning can range from a prolonged period of sadness to an actual mental illness with specific symptoms. Find and share experiences with others who are going through the same struggles.
Try to think of some good things. Think of shows you loved in your childhood. Or memories that are good.
Your not alone buddy! We know how you feel! I've been at the end of my rope for a while now. Someone on here told me yesterday though, I have to tie a knot in the bottom of my rope and hold on. There are things worth holding on to I promise! We all have to just find them.

Then seek some therapy. I get frustrated with therapists sometimes feeling like they dont understand but its still good to try. There not all bad.
Learn how to take care of each problem one at a time and with a positive additude. I'm not meaning to sound corny. I'm being honest. It helps! You can look at it all in a negative way or a positive way. I know when you get depressed, its so hard to see it as positve! But I know you can try! Please do try!
Dont kill yourself please! If you feel like you really want to, just call someone first. Call that number she gave you. Get help first. At least try. Please!
