Need a positive attitude real quick

Starting to get depressed. Upset because of many possible problems. My anxiety disorder makes it hard to not worry about bad scenarios coming true. Plus one problem that is real. What do I do?

All I can think to say is to solve the problems we can, and hope to avoid the ones we can't.

You said "Many possible problems". It sounds like you are like me, always thinking of the problems and the solutions that could possibly arise, before you even know what, or if anything is going to to take you down. I have OCD. I am suggesting you read about OCD., use Google, perfectionism is a sign of OCD. I have a rare type of OCD called "Pure "O", it can manifest in many ways, do you have repetitive unwanted, intrusive thoughts? Mine are suicide, which I will NEVER DO, but I have 100's of thoughts a day about it it. Just describing me, I can't diagnose you! Finding the answer can help alot! Ted

I do have OCD. But I am woried about things like:
Had a test at doctor office, because of blood it's possible I might have to come back and repeat the test. Husband might forget to put sign in car window. Car might be towed away. Have to see eye doctor next week. Suppose I need laser treatment again or other worse treatment.

Continue on with life and be as positive as you possibly can. When I first got depressed I stayed home and missed work for a week. Not leaving the house and it made the depression 10 times worse. The next time I started to get anxiety and depression I just went about life like I normally would and fought through it. While I had to fake a positive attitude and battle through situations I didn't want to be in, it is much better than staying at home alone with your thoughts. Surround yourself with positive people, do things to take your mind off of life's stressors and think as positive as you possibly can!
