The last two months has been horrible for me, my depression and anxiety became worse. Two weeks ago I attempted suicide which I wasn't thinking straight but just wanted to end my life for many reasons and I had a bottle of bleach and drank some of it. This exercise was huge for me when I struggled through a season of my life.
