Well thank you all again for your prayers, positive energy, mojo etc etc..

My brother made it through a grooling (sp) 7 hr. open heart surgery and is in ICU doing very well so far. He had two renowned surgeons and they are pretty happy with the job they did. He is not *out of the woods* but he is doing awesome.. Thanks again for everything... I am sure that all the positive *things* helped him to pull through this.. I cant wait to talk to him today..

Thanks Heidi... They are just watching him real close right now to make sure he doesnt catch pneumonia.. He had quite a bit fluid around his heart.. Thanks again... and thank God...

That is total awesomeness!!! What a tough guy. What a wonderful sister. I hope he heals and recovers as quick as possible. Those grandbabies are coming into an awesome family!!!

    Years ago, I won a mirrored armoire from my job.  It's in my bedroom but I rarely stand in front of it.  Yesterday, I had to have a dexascan done so I had to change into a gown.  There was a full length mirror in the changing room.  I'm aware that I gained 5 to 7 pounds over the last year from cheating on Keto but I didn't know what it looked like.  It was a reality check.
