Depression Support Group
Depression is a real and debilitating condition that is often misunderstood by family and friends. Its meaning can range from a prolonged period of sadness to an actual mental illness with specific symptoms. Find and share experiences with others who are going through the same struggles.

My mother passed away almost 4 years ago and I still cry every time I remember her especially on Mother's day, her birthday and their wedding anniversary. Cry if you need to. That's what I do every time I miss her and it helps me to feel better.
According to an article, each person sets his or her own pace when grieving, the grieving process can be long and isolating so it's important to accept support rather than being alone.Talking about grief is also an essential part of healing. Try to talk to your friends or families that you are comfortable with. When I was grieving, me and my sisters talked almost everyday and we found relief.
I hope you will feel better soon. I pray for peace and strength that you need each day. Thank you fro sharing this, God bless.
