Depression Support Group
Depression is a real and debilitating condition that is often misunderstood by family and friends. Its meaning can range from a prolonged period of sadness to an actual mental illness with specific symptoms. Find and share experiences with others who are going through the same struggles.

Seriously, please talk to use. Vent, yell, scream, do what ever it takes to get started living again.
Gentle hugs
It's a crisis text line, there are ALWAYS options. Suicide is never the answer, and we are all here for you!!
You're missing a couple of items on the list.
1. Go talk to mum and tell her goodbye.
2. go talk to dad and tell him goodbye.
3. call your brothers and sisters, each separately, and say goodbye to them.
I don't mean some stupid bullshit ring-ring, hello? hello it's me i'm killing myself goodbye.
No. I mean go visit. Sit down. Tell them your plans.
Let them have some input.
Involve them. they have a right to be involved, because otherwise they get to suffer for teh next forty, fifty years in grief about your loss.
whether you think right now that they will do this or not. I don't care. You aren't in a position to know, without asking them.
Maybe you should ask them when you say goodbye.
Maybe you should break open a few cans of worms now, while you're alive and in a position to clean up the mess.
and, Struggling, that is a VERY permanent answer to a temporary problem.
What about the rest of the consideration ... to them, yourself, us, the rest of the living world? 'They' will be DEMOLISHED ... not BURDENED.
Pull your head out, give yourself a damn good slap. How dare you opt out on life and give them this hellish inheritence?
You want them to kill themselves? Is that where you're going with this?
You don't get rid of your burdens, you just land them on the next person. How dare you land burdens you cannot carry on your own kids?
Get on your hind legs and pull your head out. How dare you.
