Good evening. I totally understand how you are feeling. I am new to this group and I am looking forward to building long lasting friendships. I know times can be really hard but our challenge is learning how to navigate through it. It will not always be easy, and for the most part it will be a struggle. Please stay focused on 1 goal at a time and remember to keep your eye on the prize. Once you learn to accept the good with the bad that's when the change in thinking will begin. Soon you will be able to EXHALE and ENJOY THE FRUITFUL BLESSINGS THAT LIFE HAS TO OFFER.

Thank you. That is very wise and kind.

I know how you feel. There are a lot of times when I feel the whole world is closing in on me. On top of that are all the things I have to do just to get through the day. Things do get better. Thinking about you.

You didn't say anything about the stuff or the decision, so I guess all I can say is I hope you can get through it. Keep in mind how you've coped before. You can do it again. Prayers sent.

Anna - Me too. I have to fill out my clearance paperwork today all 93 pages of the form. It has taken Thursday and Friday of last week and now I am finishing it up today. I have to tell everything about my mental health and then everything about my PTSD. I then submit the paperwork and then wait for an inspector to come and grill me over my answers trying to see if I am lying. They will probe deep and long into the PTSD and mental health. They will call my doctors and question them. So I can see my life crumbling down in front of me. who wants a damaged employee like me.

I'm so sorry Anna. I know it's hard and too too much is going on that is negative and fearful. What has helped many are the following: Taking magnesium and ginseng will calm your mind body and spirit and get rid of sticky negative thoughts that loop. Magnesium malate and/or oxide are best, citrate will give diarrhea. Take it in the evening and your will sleep much better! Also, stop watching news. There's nothing you can do about it anyway. It is so sensationalized and hyper fear mongering that it is causing many to fear. Get outside, at least 30 min. daily without sunscreen to get your vit. D which improves mood. Take a good multi every day. Take walks, there's something spiritual about them and they help us work thru our anxiety and problems. Help others, it will help them and you, and get your mind off your own problems. Breathe deep pushing out negative, even using your hands, and draw in peace and thankfulness. Write out the positive, even in the midst of negative, so it balances out in your mind. Hope these help you too! =) Blessings!
