So what small step can each of take today toward self love? Would it be to forgive ourselelves for past mistakes? Letting go of old issues that stir up old pain and anger? Or maybe feeding ourselves healthier, more nutritious foods? Or maybe you have another way you can love yourself a little better today? I would love myself more If I could let things go, relax, quit being so angry, and love life, instead of fearing it. I dont understand all this depression, anxiety, hypochondria, bipolar stuff, I dont read up on it, because I dont think I have it. But I get these bursts of energy to do things, then just give up and sit here, online, 'tired', no energy, sad, stomach hurts, achy, and I think Its cancer (because of my hypochondria) and in reality, HELLO !! Its depression!! But Im afraid to take medicine, so Ill never love myself completely.

I would love myself more if I could get rid of the shame of sexual abuse. Though I have done well, I am still working on this issue. I need to let it 'float away' every time I think of it.

Im ready to start...
