Grief has no time frame. Find a grief support group where you can talk and share about your feelings of grief, what wonderful memories you have of your Dad, and get support as you hear other people's stories. Or find a grief counsellor to talk with.

It isn't your time to leave this world since you haven't fulfilled your purpose for being here yet. Your Dad would send you back here so you could fulfill your purpose for being here. He would want you to discover what your purpose is far more than spend your time,energy, and thoughts of harming yourself.
