These are ASCII codes, Sara. They work on any platform. Linux(UNIX), Mac and Windows. Most servers are Unix based and the HTML engines in web browsers can decode them. Have been able to since the late 80's. If you have Windows open a notepad, the generic of all generic text programs and they even work in there. To make it simple, it is system based.

I know it was mean, but how else am I going to get back at her for sleeping with a another guy on MY 20th birthday? A week later while she was at work I packed up all my stuff and simply disappeared. IF only to be a fly on the wall to see here expression after she figured out I was gone and not coming back.....I'd pay money to have seen that.
