Depression Support Group
Depression is a real and debilitating condition that is often misunderstood by family and friends. Its meaning can range from a prolonged period of sadness to an actual mental illness with specific symptoms. Find and share experiences with others who are going through the same struggles.
Why don't you start by taking a continuing education course at a local community college one or two nights/days when daddy can care for the kiddies.

I think there is more to it. At one point, you got "married to the most kind loving man ever". Then ... "after we married I felt like I lost every thing."
Due to pregnancy complications??????
Actually, . it probably doesn't matter ... it is all in the past. The problem NOW is:
1. I feel like am the most unworthy mom and wife..
2. I really really would like to go back to work.. but no experience no practice .. I can't even dare to apply ..
3. And when it comes to work my husband isn't very supportive.
4. I feel so lonely and I don't have even one friend to talk to.
Somehow, this makes it a bit more clear.
Look at these issues separately and try to address each one in its own way.
#1 may require counseling.
#2 You may need to DISCOVER or DEVELOP some skills that will bring you employment. You may have unrealized skills ... or you can take some educational opportunities to DEVELOP some. This is what employers pay employees for ... their skill.
#3 Maybe not the most kind and loving man ever. This may be the core of the problem ... maybe not.

I COULD BE DEAD WRONG, but I feel your HUSBAND should be aware of your needs, .. and as much or more than anyone, should help you reach your goals. Employment, friends, ... MAYBE he does not want you to have any. If he DID, he would ENCOURAGE you to attain employment skills. You need some in order to get a job.
I just have a feeling he is happy with you as a Mother and Wife (right where you are) and is satisfied to keep you ONLY in those roles.
I've been a stay at home mom for 21 plus years. I have worked a few part time jobs in that time frame, not for the money but because I was needed to help out...one job was with my church, another to help a friend out in need. But even with those jobs, my employer knew that I was a mom first and that I would spend time with my kids when they were home from school.
Look into why you are wanting to escape your kids. Get involved in their lives. You will make friends with their friends parents and give yourself a purpose
I DONT.
I M SO VERY LONELY BUT NOT ALONE.
THE LORD IS WITH ME 24/7.

the skills of a mother are worth far more than pieces of paper, as many people would tell me. I did not understand that until recently. Not because I have discovered my own wonderfulness: but because I've seen those who are younger or have stayed childless behaving very strangely in the workplace. Having children matures you and teaches you time management, organisation, strategy.
You will have many skills that you are absolutely underrating because having learned them, you don't remember a time when you did not have them. You need to get your toe in the pool, go see an employment agency, arrange a good CV, see what roles are out there for you. Maybe a part time office administrator?
What were you doing before you had children?
I have learnt that you must do whatever it takes to make you feel fulfilled. If its a job, then go for it!
Some mothers are fulfilled staying at home. I wasnt, so I took a lot of pains after 7 years of staying at home, and after a lot of heartbreak, and a complete change of career , I got back on track.
I am glad I did it, though it was very hard.
"And after seven years of marriage.. I found my self depressed. . no job .. no higher education .. and on top of that I feel like am the most unworthy mom and wife.. I really really would like to go back to work.. but no experience no practice .. I can't even dare to apply ..
And when it comes to work my husband isn't very supportive..."
finds a lot of things echoing in me...
Just have confidence in yourself, and do it for YOURSELF. Because, ultimately there is no better well-wisher for you!

very hard ..for someone who has not suffered ..from ..depreshion to truly understand just what we go through ....so to edcuated your husband is a very good start ......and for you to get the right help ..is the ...most important .....most of us were not ment to be all by our selves ....but just having depreshion ..makes ..us want to push people away .we actualy get very good at it .....also ....our friends .....will come to a place ware they can't ...help us or just don't understand. what we are going through ....and we are usualy very negative ..and slowely our friends will drift away .................finding a hobby ....out side the home ...can help ...if you are ready for that ....you could make a friend there ......it is good that you are here ...here you will be understood ..and not judged .....you can make friends in here and get the suport you so need ...........this place for me has made such a diferance ..for me ....to just be able to talk yo people who get me ....is big ....you don't feel all alone .......you might think of taking on line corses ...or through the mail .......you take very good care of your self ...be kind to your self ..stop concentrating on what you can't do ..and try to find somthing you ..might be able to do ....even if it is for now just to get out for walks .......I will keep you in my prayers .....God bless
