For me, it doesn't matter if I am with people or sitting home alone. I feel lonely. But tonight is difficult because I can hear fireworks and celebrations going on all over. Holidays are really hard. This is my first 4th without my stbx and kids. All I can do is think about them.

I can relate to kmbrl33. I set here listening to the fireworks and know that my stbx and his girlfirends family are all proably watching the fireworks together. My sons are at other family and friends. I hate being alone and I hate holidays and I always loved them before.

it also doesn't matter if i'm in a room full of people or by myself i feel lonely. After being a pair for 36 years it's hard to be 1/2 a pair.

i think that's why so many of us use this site, so we don't feel so lonely. nice to know you are all out there, much as it sucks.

I don't know what I'd do without DS. I am alone most of the time. I like being alone, but not all the time.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper?
