My boyfriend and I live in a house right next door to his father. They have a family business and interact (badly) verbally fighting everyday. Today his father was yelling and screaming about me not having a job. He broke the door frame pounding on the door. I would love to live somewhere else, but it is not financially possible. S.O.S!!
Your boyfriend's father is a verbally & emotionally abusive man. You cannot "fix" him. You say you cannot live somewhere else, so your only choice is to figure out how to interact with him & take some of your power back.
