I just woke up. I feel like I got some good sleep. But I am still in Hell I did not wake up in Heaven. I am on blood thinners and my inr is 4.5 and small cuts won`t stop bleeding. A DVT can kill you or a high INR can kill you. I have a high tolerence for drugs and alcohol. I am looking for another mental hospital. I already did the inpatient partial inpatient. I need to get out of my living with a hoarder brother and a week full of dishes that smell like mold and mildew plus the 10 mice my brother caught. I really need just 1 person to care enough to help me clean and organize my trailer. I know I have a good soul. I do not fear death because I had an out of body expierence and know I will continue to exist when my body dies.

Im sorry about my postings but evidently I cannot use arrow markings when I use cut and paste from my word processor or else they get dropped.

When our depression is very severe it makes it impossible at times to do the simplest of tasks. Be very gentle with yourself.

Catching 10 mice is really good. Did you catch them or your brother?

Are you not able to clean and organize your trailer? I know when Im depressed and feeling overwhelmed I have to let a lot of what needs to be done just go until Im feeling better. Sometimes if I just do a very small piece of what needs to be done it can help me to feel better.

It's Oakie. SO glad you're typing again. You had my heart going for awhile. I'm asking you to do me a favor: pray for my daughter who lives too close to a river this spring. Young kids just don't know any better, but they should, esp when they have young ones. Thanks~~
