Sounds silly. That's kind of the point. But.. here's what you do to utilize a technique called "Laugh Therapy"
You simply start laughing. Who cares how fake it is. How silly it is. Eventually, after you force yourself to laugh for a few minutes, it'll naturally turn into real laughter.. mostly because you start to feel so darned silly that you're laughing at nothing that you start laughing at that.
It really does help - laughter is the best medicine. Good for your health - mentally and physically. So dooooo it!!

Good post - thank you! I will try it. And if you want some situational laugh therapy, read the "Farts" thread on DS and I'll bet you'll laugh your butt off! (but only if you find bathroom humor funny)

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus).
