I've never really been depressed before so this is new to me. I am on medications and seeking a therapist, but it just seems to me that since my breakup with my bf 7 months ago, I just keep getting knocked down every time I try to get back up. Is it all just blown out of proportion because of this depression? Maybe I need some different medications, but for me to go a couple days without crying would be miraculous.
Some of these issues stems in all aspects of my life. First the breakup, health issues with my son, company I work for falling apart, friend now has health issues.
I am starting to feel as though Im bringing bad luck to everyone and thing around me.
I would like to feel better one day but this depression thing is kicking me bad!!!

Feeling like you bring bad luck is just the depression blowing things out of proportion. You cannot bring bad luck to anyone. Life happens.
