I feel like crying. I haven't cried in years. I don't know how. But damn it, I sure feel like it.

Nonsense on the boards. My wife and I are having a fight over the internet. I'm just sick of being drawn into drama and not being able to get out of it because it violates someone else's privacy.

I have a ton of crap to do at home and I feel too stressed to do any of it. And I'm stuck at work for the second week in a row!

Just ... you know???

I am sorry you are feeling this way I can understand on the crying issue cos that's what I have been trying to do for weeks.

As for the drama and stuff that goes on here itis crazy that this is happening on a DEPRESSION BOARD

A grudge is nothing but self-punishment. I guess we see a lot of that on here, too.

drama is inevitable, Al. if it was up to us, there wouldn't be any. but it happens in every relationship. whether on the internet, at home, school or at work. there will always be disagreements, and some disputes will be get quite steamed up. specially on a depression board...where everyone has issues - most are serious, some trivial.

the best we can do is try to minimise the effect and prevent damage as much as possible. but that's difficult.
