Depression Support Group
Depression is a real and debilitating condition that is often misunderstood by family and friends. Its meaning can range from a prolonged period of sadness to an actual mental illness with specific symptoms. Find and share experiences with others who are going through the same struggles.
You do need something to hold on to.
If not for yourself you feel the need to hold on for others....for your family..for friends... for others dear to you.
That's what you have to find.Some reason to hang in there.
Best wishes friend...

With depression our tendency is to hide. We seclude ourselves from not only people, but experiences. If we push, push, push ourselves to find others to be around (whether by joining some sort of social group or by joining a support group, or even volunteering someplace to help others) it can help. Once again, I know this is VERY difficult to do. But, if we do it and give it enough time, we may pull ourselves out of the rut we're in.
I hope things get better for all of us! {{{HUGS}}}
