Maybe even a great day. I went for my I.V. hydration infusion this morning. I got out by 9:00 a.m. and then 3 hours later I got a massage. It is the first one in a couple of months. The three hours in between I went to vacuumed my car and had it washed, went to the veggie & fruit market to buy some green coffee beans to roast later, when to K-mart I started out with 200 bucks few hours and down to a ten spot and a few singles things cost so much now a day I took out a loan to fill the gas tank, ya know :-). Massages are a treatment for me; their not a luxury. Massage do way more than chiropractic services. I wish for others that insurance companies saw it as treatment also. I finally got home, ate some cookies & banana, and took a short nap. Got up roasted the green coffee beans, and am here chatting with you all. With all the crap and silliness in this world this ain't bad at all. I am so grateful for you all. I even thank the goof offs for they remind me what not to be I was like a professional goof off for so long so dang scared to be kind. Well, that is it for now.

Well, I had a good day too so far, considering I had little sleep last night. funny you should mention chiropractors. I couldn't walk this past weekend I was doubled over in pain and had to hit the morphine again. I went to the chiropractor tuesday and she said it had been a long time since she'd seen such a twisted sacrum and coccyx. Well I went again today and will be going twice a week before the snow flies. The massage sounds wonderful. Maybe I'll opt for that after the spine is straight again. I knew something was wrong when I went to the pain clinic to get the trigger point injections and they didn't work, in fact they made things worse, but I let it go, with my depression and other med issues related to that and it just got worse till it went out. So today is definitely a good day having made it into the shower, got a haircut, my hubby is home this weekend too, we picked up a few goodies to eat and yes I am truly grateful. thanks for putting up this thread, and I am thrilled that you feel so good! Keep it up. Alexandria

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
