Still sober and life is good. I hope you all have a fantastic weekend.. Oh yea, and I have gout in my toe again,.. just sharing.. I wish they would just cut off my big toe.. horrible pain Im telling you.. I thought just old men got gout.. roflmao.. enuf said.. carry on..

gout is a big pain. soak it and drink some green tea, lay off the salt. eat some asparagus .

thanks Donna.. I also heard cherry juice and tried it last time and it worked.. I went to the drs yesterday and he only gave me an anti-inflammatory.. I think I need to get up to my rheumatoid arthritis dr.. ouch..

Sorry to hear about the Gout. Hope it does not last long. It is very painful.

I am glad that you are still sober.....YEAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'd try the asparagus and the cherry juice.
