So, I've been coming on here for a couple weeks- the more i read and post for other people the less concerned i am about my own issues. Has anyone experienced this?
I wonder...am i just using DS as a distraction so i don't have to deal with my own problems. It really does help to know that there are lots of other people out there who have feelings like i do...but ...well...maybe i'm just reading into things too much, I have the tendency to do that.
Thoughts? Comments?

there is a point im trying to make..... but i cant seem to find what or how to say it. i guess i mean that, the advice we have deep down that we give to others is there in us but depression looses sight of it... helping others can be a distraction and bring back the good stuff you really know is right way of fighting and handling things.
