Just wanted to thank everyone for all the hugs while I was away. Just wanted to let you know that I am feeling much better with all your help..
Vent... Air Travel... We had two mean bitch flight attendents from Mineapolis, Mn to Atlanta, Ga. that is my first vent... We had major turbulence and could not land in Ga. Many sick people. The attendents were rude and not helpful at all. No free small bag of nuts. No pillows, no blankets. One small plastic glass of your choice of coffee, juice, water or pop. No movie for a 2000 mile trip.. Nothing.. Highway robbery for the cost to fly and you have to pay $3.00 for a small package of licorice or anything. Whats up with that?

I am so sorry you had to deal with bitchy flight attendants hon....I think being a bitch/asshole is a prerequisite for working in the travel industry lol. My GreyHound drivers were ASSHOLES (yes, I am also home now too) :)
I cannot believe you get no free peanuts? WTF? I am not flying anywhere....ever....at least on GreyHound they stop at gas station/mini marts for snacks lol

If that had been me getting on that plane.... they would have me in the room with terrorists for attempting to smuggle my own food on board!! Are we allowed to pack our own?
What is a person who paid through the nose for a flight to DO?? no food...nothing but 1 tiny drink?? Do those in first class still have perks I wonder?
Air travel costs way too much to go through that! bah!

We were able to, uh, take some of our own food on board. And the big coke I bought at a McDonalds, THEY LET ME TAKE ON THE PLANE!
I'm sorry you had problems with the flight. We had some very nice flight attendants, so I guess it is one of those things, every profession has some bad apples. Some more than others thou.
You can get some moderately priced portable CD players that last a long time on a charge, enough to watch the movies of your choice on a flight.
