I had one day...that I felt great....
Yesterday, Sunday....no migraine, lots of energy,
happy, bubbly...strong....
Now it's Monday morning....and i am back to being depressed....lingering headache...aches and pains...
I've been working on pulling myself out of this depression thing for a while now...and over the last two months, i managed to make it through one day...Sundays...I look forward to Sundays now...I know what Sundays are and I know what they mean to me...but it's the other six days that I'm having trouble with...
Everything I Have To Do Is JUst SWIrling AROund IN MY HEAd AND I CAN't SEEM TO GET ANYTHING DONE!!!!!!!!...AAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHH!!!!
sorry, i just had to let that out...
but i have to wash the dishes, clean the house, rearrange the furniture, work on getting my life back in control, look for job, cook dinner, fix my bike, do my monthly planning, do my yearly planning, feel sorry for myself, and then it starts all over again.......wash the dishes, clean the house, rearrange the furniture, work on getting my life back in control, look for job, cook dinner, fix my bike, do my monthly planning, do my yearly planning, feel sorry for myself...
you see a never-ending cycle of tasks that i just can't seem to get done...i feel like I am going crazy....what to do?
okay, so I've ranted and raved, and complained about my friggin monday morning...so I guess now I'll go and try to get something done...
lets see where that gets me....

As for the headache ... may not be migraine because one Excedrin will not treat a migraine. A persistant headache can be many things, .. from thyroid problem, to mercury dental fillings, to allergy, to high blood pressure, to stress, to brain tumor. This is why you need an evaluation and diagnosis. So, .. I recommend you get to your doctor, tell him about "everything", and get a checkup. Most GPs don't evaluate for depression. You may need a referral for that. Here is an ONLINE "test" for depression:

Do a chore/task for 5 minutes then stop and rest or chill for 5 minutes then repeat. Before you know it everything will be done :)
Like i said before, i've gotten to a point where i look forward to Sunday's but then the Mondays really throw me for a loop when i look at all the things I have to do...
I made the LONG LIST OF EVERYTHING i had to do on monday....and then I just took the advice and did the 5 minute rule....
i managed to wash the dishes, rearrange the furniture (which I've been wanting to do for about a month now), cooked dinner - Lasagna (couldn't think of side dish for lasagna, any ideas anyone?)...and then yesterday, i focused my day on my fiance', he was off and had a dr's appt...so we made yesterday about him....now to today....well i still got my list of things but something has shot up to the top of the list....
FIND MY FIANCE'S BROTHERS CD!!!!! He let me borrow it so i could put his song on my mp3 player, and now i can't find it!....i remember transfering it, and i remember it sat on my desk a coulpe of days...then my nephew was going to come over so i could help him with some homework and i made sure i put the CD away...but I can't remember where I put it!....i tore up my house last night looking for it and i can't find it anywhere....now I'm getting ready to start looking for it again....but i just can't remember where i put it...and its really driving me crazy...and i'm really getting worried that i really lost it....i need to find it TODAY cause we're going overthere tomorrow and he is expecting us to give it back to him...what am i going to do if i can't find it!....?
oh well, off to look for the missing cd....
