Yes, we are pretty wonderful, aren't we? :-P Baltimore has gotten much better the last eight or so years I've been in this part of the country, so don't knock it until you've tried it!

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus).
