Depression Support Group
Depression is a real and debilitating condition that is often misunderstood by family and friends. Its meaning can range from a prolonged period of sadness to an actual mental illness with specific symptoms. Find and share experiences with others who are going through the same struggles.

Depression is a tough thing to deal with. Especially with work and a family. The time you put into that leaves very little time for yourself. Not free time or vacation time, but time to take care of your issues. Like how much I have to shift around just to go to the doctor for a cold let alone find a therapist of some sort. I know I have this problem and I need the help, but how do you do it when there’s so much going on. I’ll get to the point where I’m like ok it’s time I find one then work, kids, school pop up. Then a few good days come and I’m like ok no big deal. Then it happens again a panic attack or a bout of depression. I get fed up and decide ok I’m going to call and make an appointment. Then it happens all over again. School, kids, work, Start to feel better. I feel like I’m going in circles. I know I’m not the only one, but it feels like I am sometimes.
