Yes, that is a lot of loss in a short period of time.
I think that there is a cumulative effect with multiple losses. I lost all my family, but over 4 years. When dad died, he was the last of my birth family, and that in and of itself was a different loss that I had to process.
If I may be so bold as to ask (and you do not owe an answer unless you feel inclined to answer), please who are the losses?
My sister was a sudden loss, but she was obese, that was likely the cause of the cause if you will. I was close but not super tight with my sister. I miss her to this day, but her passing was the easiest to process. I think I was more concerned for my parents than myself.
My mom lingered for a few years in declining health, and when she passed it was almost a blessing, but dad was very sad over that. Again I was mostly focused on taking care of dad.
When dad died, that was it. No more family that I was born into. Then it really hit me.
Keep venting. And due to the many losses over a short time, please, PLEASE, consider finding therapy.
Gentle hugs
