Muh ha ha ha......I mean... yeah sure its true
I bought a kayak for my 40th and have been out on it a few times. I have a young attitude. If anyone suggests that 40yrs old is middle aged,I might get banned! :))
I recently spent $65 dollars for facial products. First time I've ever bought anything for the purpose of AVOIDING looking old.
I don;t think it IS.....after all where is the evidence of it? Who's in magazines or commercials on TV?
You are as young as you make your mind up to be.
I believe 40 is the new 21

First of all most of us are healthier then our parents/grandparents were at that age and good health, good diet and exericse help us look younger.
We also do not work as physicaly hard as most people used to when life was on farms and in fields.
People are more open to expressing themselves through clothes and hair then our parents, etc. were and that contributes to keeping young in body and mind.
The big factor is your mind and health. Years ago a study was done on old guys in their 70's and for a month or more they were in an envrionment where EVERYTHING was exactly as it would have been back in the 50's. The t.v. shows, the music, newspapers and magizines I mean just everything.
What this study showed was these men seemed to regress in age to a degree that it was medicaly documentable and photographable.
The last time I was carded in a bar I was 42 and it was a women bartender so I know it wasn't just some guy trying to score points.
Our life expectancy has gone up so where middle age starts has also gone up.
Think of all the women who are just starting their families in their 40's.
