Why does this anxiety make me feel like I have suffered the loss of someone? Why cant I be strong? What the fuck is a matter with me?

I came to work on Friday and left as soon as I got here and told my son (I work for him) that I was sick. If I worked for anyone else I would be fired from all the shit I pull. I am such a mess and cant get past it...Why cant I pull myself out of this?

Could someone send me some positive thoughts or prayers? I will do the same for you... Im shaking and crying and I dont usually make posts like this.. I am literally falling apart..... *breath Y'Vonne breath*

oh Y'Vonne I'm with you on the anxiety and how crippling it is... and its not about not being strong... its about living with what is a chronic illness.. sometimes we manage it well and other times not so well.. its the nature of the cycle.. now it the time to take extra care of yourself and not beat yourself up... do something nice like sacred has suggested if you can.. do you have a med you can take? I know when I am overly anxious self help skills only go so far and I need a valium

Never joined a support group before and cant believe that there are actually people like me out there .... I to get so fed up sometimes I wonder what it all about & Iv was diagnosed with depression at the age of 11 .. I'm 62 ... take every day as it comes tis hard I know just to get out of bed in the morning is a mission, think positive, try and put some color onto the blank canvas ( blank canvas is my name for the bad days ) just think it can only get better !!!!

thanks guys... I appreciate it.. I am so sick to my stomache with anxiety.. I hate it.. I use to cover this up with booze but I am not going to do that.. I need to learn to get through it... more prayers.....
