Depression Support Group
Depression is a real and debilitating condition that is often misunderstood by family and friends. Its meaning can range from a prolonged period of sadness to an actual mental illness with specific symptoms. Find and share experiences with others who are going through the same struggles.

I'm blessed because, although I'm not nearly as close to what I anticipated my life to be as the spouse of my service member and the mother of our three military brats, who have since retired and are collecting retirement, I'm a day closer to exposing the facts/truth with Defense Finance and Accounting Services. And this news makes me a happy woman, knowing that I'm a day closer to exposing and closing this sour chapter of my life, as a result of my husband's betrayal. I was never lost, never left home, force was used and my mental health team knows this. I'm just glad the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints searched for me and found me.

Everyday I feel more and more sick. Being in pain every day, I've learned to disguise it. So well that others don't believe my pain when I speak of it. Needing help but only receiving negative responses, I find my way but pay for it later. I absolutely need the rest but there's pressing things to be done.
